Galliano L’Aperitivo is a bitter, or in Italian ‘Amaro’. The unique recipe of Galliano L’Aperitivo includes many extracts and infusions of Mediterranean citruses such as oranges, bergamots, bitter oranges, chinotto, tangerines and grapefruits. This fresh blend of fruits makes Galliano L’Aperitivo stand out in freshness. The L’Aperitivo recipe includes a subtle addition of the heart of Galliano L’Autentico, including Mediterranean anise, juniper, cardamom, sandalwood, sage, lavender, peppermint, cinnamon and vanilla. This dash of the classic Galliano gives Galliano L’Aperitivo its rich, subtle and herbal aroma. The ingredients of L’Aperitivo are macerated and rested at least two weeks to obtain the ultimate flavour composition of fruits, plants and herbs.

Galliano is best known for its signature vanilla-forward liqueur, which blends a complex infusion of herbs, spices, Mediterranean anise, and natural vanilla for a smooth, layered taste. The range has since expanded to include a variety of distinctive expressions, all crafted using carefully selected ingredients and time-honoured production methods.

Recognisable by its tall, elegant bottle inspired by Roman columns, Galliano liqueurs bring both visual impact and refined flavour to the bar. A favourite among bartenders worldwide, they are a key ingredient in classic cocktails such as the Harvey Wallbanger, while also inspiring modern creations.

With its rich Italian heritage and bold, aromatic profile, Galliano continues to be a symbol of sophistication and creativity in mixology.
