Żubrówka x Rythmik Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Paragon Brands Ltd, Manchester, UK (“the Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.

  • Internet access and an active Instagram account are required.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

  1. Like the competition post on Instagram;

  2. Follow @zubrowka_gb and @rythmikcocktails on Instagram;

  3. No purchase necessary. One entry per person unless otherwise stated.

4. Competition Period
The giveaway opens on the date/time stated in the Instagram post and closes at the date/time stated in the Instagram post. Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. Prize
One winner will receive:

  • Rythmik Spiced Apple Pie 500ml Cocktail

  • Rythmik Spiced Apple Pie 200ml Cocktail

  • The Village Press 500ml Apple Juice

  • Żubrówka Original Bison Grass Vodka 700ml

  • 4 x Żubrówka branded glasses

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any item with an alternative of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 5 working days of the competition closing.

  • The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @zubrowka_gb or @rythmikcocktails account only.

  • The winner must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner will be selected.

7. Verification
The Promoter may require proof of age and residency before issuing the prize.
Any entrant suspected of using multiple accounts, automated entries, or false details may be disqualified.

8. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be dispatched to a UK address only, within 14 days of winner confirmation. Delivery delays caused by the winner (e.g., incorrect address) are not the responsibility of the Promoter.

9. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter publicly announcing the winner’s Instagram handle in marketing relating to the promotion. No additional personal information will be shared without consent.

10. Data Protection
Personal data will be used solely for administering this competition and handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Data will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfilment.

11. Moderation
Entries must not contain anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or contrary to responsible alcohol messaging. The Promoter may remove or reject such entries.

12. General Terms

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or failure of Instagram.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
