Heaven’s Door Bob Dylan Concert Tickets Competition Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Paragon Brands Win Tickets to Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways Concert promotion (the “Prize”) in collaboration with Heaven’s Door and will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including online advertising or promotional materials including bottle neck collars.
1. Promoter: Paragon Brands Ltd, Unit 1 Royal Mill, 17 Redhill Street, Manchester, M45BA. Please do not send entries to this address.
2. Eligibility: Prize open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, and Wales) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Prize. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland.
Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions, and any amendments to them, which are final and binding in all respects. Paragon Brands reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Prize if, in its sole judgement, the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions, has tampered with the operation of the Prize Draw, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Paragon Brands, the Prize Draw, or any other entrant.
3. Prize Period: The Prize Period shall end at 23:59 GMT on 7th November.
4. Entry Instructions
4.1. Entrants should
Purchase 1 bottle of either Heaven’s Door Straight Tennessee Bourbon Whiskey, Heaven’s Door Straight Rye Whiskey, or Heaven’s Door Double Barrel Whiskey from Amazon during the Prize Period.
Once a purchase has been made, you will receive a bounce-back email from Amazon, which will contain your unique code. Head to https://www.paragonbrands.co.uk/heavensdoorcompetition and fill out the entry form with your unique code, found in your post-purchase email from Amazon. Please retain your original order confirmation as you may need to provide them to claim your prize . Entry into this competition must be made before the closing date (23:59 GMT on 7th November 2024).
4.2. All promotional codes are unique, and each code can only be entered once. Any further attempts to enter the code will result in disqualification.
4.3. Entrants can purchase multiple bottles of either Heaven’s Door Straight Bourbon, Heaven’s Door Straight Rye, or Heaven’s Door Double Barrel throughout the Prize Period and can enter an unlimited number of times across the Prize Period.
4.4. Any entries received after the end of the Prize Period will not be eligible to win the Promotion .
5. Prize
5.1. The prize is Win two tickets to see Bob Dylan in concert at The Royal Albery Hall in London, United Kingdom promotion. The prize includes:
Two standard tickets to see Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways concert at The Royal Albert Hall in London, United Kingdom on the 14th November 2024.
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered for any of the Prizes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
5.3. Prizes do not include any additional costs and expenses save as expressly detailed in the Prizes.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random by an automatic computer process from all valid entries on 8th November 2024. The winner will then be contacted by email by 8th November 2024. and further details about how to claim the prize will be provided. Where a winner fails to respond to this email within 2 working days of the date of the initial email from the Promoter, a new winner be chosen at random via the same process.
7. Additional Prize Conditions for Win Tickets to Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways Concert promotion
7.1. The winner must be one of the attendees at the above event (maximum of two persons per prize)
7.2. Unfortunately, the Win Tickets to Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways Concert promotion prize will be forfeited if:
The winner is unable to take the prize within the dates specified by the Promoter;
The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Win Tickets to Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways Concert promotion.
7.3. In the event that the Prizes are forfeited by any winner, a new winner will be chosen at random in line with the above process.
8. Personal Data
8.1. Personal data which is provided by entrants on entering the Prize will be processed and stored in a database by Paragon Brands Ltd, Unit 1 Royal Mill, 17 Redhill Street, Manchester, M45BA.
8.2. Once all Prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for Paragon Brands Ltd, Unit 1 Royal Mill, 17 Redhill Street, Manchester, M45BA to send further communications. Where this consent has been given, Paragon Brands Ltd, Unit 1 Royal Mill, 17 Redhill Street, Manchester, M45BA retain personal data. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing hello@paragonbrands.co.uk. If an entrant withdraws consent to the storage and processing of their data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, they will also be withdrawn from the Promotion itself. All data will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy.
8.3. Paragon Brands Ltd, Unit 1 Royal Mill, 17 Redhill Street, Manchester, M45BA will book the Win Tickets to Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways Concert promotion on behalf of the winner. By entering the Promotion, the winner and their companion agree to the processing of their personal data by Paragon brands Ltd for this purpose. All data will be handled in accordance with Paragon Brands Ltd privacy policy.
8.4. In the event that a reasonable request is made, including by the Advertising Standards Authority or any other competent body, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of residence of the winner of the Win Tickets to Bob Dylan – Rough and Rowdy Ways Concert promotion.
9.General
9.1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
9.2. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
9.3. Winners agree to take part in marketing activity in respect of the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the unrestricted use of post-Promotion publicity for the Promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the Promoter’s websites and social networking platforms.
9.4. Entrants agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the Promotion, entry into the Prize, the acceptance of the Prizes, and any acts or omissions of the winner and travel companions. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
9.5. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
9.6. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
9.7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 2 days of request) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or any instructions forming part of these Terms or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
